B.A.M.S.

The BAMS program integrates ancient Ayurvedic principles with modern medical knowledge and practices. Students study subjects such as anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, pathology, diagnostic techniques, Ayurvedic therapeutics, herbal medicine, and surgery based on Ayurvedic principles. The curriculum includes both theoretical learning and practical training, often including clinical internships where students gain hands-on experience in treating patients using Ayurvedic therapies. Graduates of BAMS are eligible to practice as Ayurvedic doctors and may work in hospitals, clinics, wellness centers, or establish their own Ayurvedic practice.
