Academic Support
The Cell provides guidance and support to students facing educational challenges and helps them access institutional resources, mentoring programs, and academic assistance.
Awareness & Sensitization
Regular workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns are organized to promote diversity, gender sensitivity, inclusion, and social harmony on campus.
Grievance Redressal
The Cell provides a platform for addressing complaints related to discrimination, harassment, exclusion, or denial of equal opportunities.
Support for Persons with Disabilities
The Cell works towards ensuring accessibility, reasonable accommodations, and support services for students and employees with disabilities.
Policy Implementation
The Cell monitors the effective implementation of equal opportunity policies and UGC guidelines within the university.
